All our saunas are made to order and fully customized to meet your specific requirements. As such, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Made-to-Order and Customized Goods – Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), consumers normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Since our products are tailored specifically to your preferences (size, design, materials, features), they fall under this exemption. By placing an order with us, you agree to waive your right to cancel under these regulations.

Faulty or Damaged Products
This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
