§1 General provisions

2. These regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, delivering goods and the rules for complaints.
3. The store operates in a dropshipping model – products are shipped directly from external suppliers.
4. The store fulfills orders worldwide, subject to logistical constraints in selected countries.
§2 Placing orders
1. Orders can be placed via the website 24/7.
2. The condition for placing an order is acceptance of these regulations.
3. After placing the order, the Customer receives automatic confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
4. The order will be processed after the payment has been received.
§3 Prices and payments
1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices and may be expressed in different currencies depending on the country of delivery.
2. Available payment methods are: m.in. payment card, PayPal, online payments (depending on available store integrations).
3. Delivery costs are determined individually and provided when placing the order.
§4 Delivery
1. Deliveries are made by courier companies or logistics partners.
2. Order processing time depends on the delivery country and product type – detailed information is available in the product description.
3. The Store is not responsible for delays resulting from reasons beyond its control (e.g. customs delays, force majeure).
§5 Returns and right of withdrawal
1. The products offered in the store – saunas – are made to individual customer orders and are subject to personalization.
2. Pursuant to Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the contract in the case of products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his or her individual needs.
3. For this reason, the store does not accept returns of ordered products.
§6 Complaints
1. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

3. The Store will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer about the outcome of the complaint procedure.

2. The store reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes are effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish and international law shall apply, if applicable to the country of delivery.
